Hi! I'm Issue/The District (it/its & he/him) and I'm a an artist/writer in my late 20s. And this site is my desperate attempt to begin to explain my characters and their stories as coherently as possible.

The universes on the home page are all about the same group of people reincarnating from one life to the next, and I have a lot more of them I want to share over time. Unfortunately I can only work so fast so here's what I've got for now.
